If you are buying your next car from a dealership, they most probably would have asked you if you have a vehicle that you wish to part exchange against the new car. Part exchanging is basically when the garage buys your car off you at an agreed price and takes it off the price you pay them for the new one. You will literally swap cars when you go to collect your new one.

There are many benefits in doing this as it saves a lot of time and money in trying to sell your old car and is normally pretty hassle free.
