When trying to sell your car there are a few very simple very easy things that you can do to ensure your motor is snapped up in no time!
The first thing to do is to make sure that the car is fully cleaned inside and out including all door pockets and compartments. Take the time to polish and clean the interior as a car that looks like it has been well cared for is bound to fetch more money than something that is looking a bit scruffy.
As well as clean make sure that the car smells nice too, this may just be a case of a scented car air freshener but if someone has been smoking in the car then you may want to get a ‘smoke-bomb’ which is specifically designed to permeate the fabrics of the interior of the car and remove trapped odour.
Take the time to collect all of the relevant documents to do with your car, such as service history and MOT certificates and put them into a box file or folder so that you can show any potential buyers that the car has been properly serviced and looked after.
And finally ensure that you take lots of good quality photos of the car to put on selling sites and included a detailed accurate description of the car to avoid getting to many time wasters.
