When you decide to sell your car there a few simple things that you can do to improve the saleability of the vehicle and to ensure that you get a fair price for it.

First give the car a thorough clean both inside and out and remove any personal items from it, this includes air fresheners that may not be to everyone’s tastes.

Next top up the oil and water in the car as well as the washers and ensure that there’s no leaking fluid under the bonnet.

Then fill the tyres to the correct pressure and ensure that none of them are bald, if they are getting close it may be worth replacing them with some part worn tyres to ensure that a buyer can’t try to knock money off your sale price by saying they’ll need new tyres.

Once all this has been done take time in getting some good pictures of the car both inside and out ready for your sale advert and ensure that you post as many pictures as possible to give buyers a good opportunity to see the car from each angle.
